Best Western Alpenglo Lodge, Winter Park

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the location is fantastic, being so close to a variety of dining options and winter activities. However, the service regarding the pet policy was confusing and not handled well. My room was clean but had noise issues, which affected my overall comfort. The hotel boasts decent amenities, but my specific experience with the pet policy was quite frustrating.
